A friend just sent me this link and commented on my son's wheat allergy. My son actually has Celiac Disease and while this involves wheat, Celiac Disease is actually an intolerance to GLUTEN. Gluten is the protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. Celiac Disease is different than a wheat allergy. It is also covered by the ADA and is considered to be a Disability.

Thanks for letting me take the opportunity to help people distinguish between the two.
